These assessments inform targeted measures to clear all risks and allocate resources for training and spot checks in high-risk areas. Continuous training initiatives are a cornerstone of our approach, fostering a deep understanding of compliance among employees and integrating it into their daily activities. Additionally, we embrace an open-door policy, encouraging employees to voice concerns without fear of retaliation, in alignment with our Group’s zero-tolerance stance on non-retaliation, as outlined in our Code of Conduct.
