EFL 3PL in India prioritizes global compliance through comprehensive risk assessments conducted regularly across our distribution centers and workplaces, both internally and externally. These assessments inform targeted measures to clear all risks and allocate resources for training and spot checks in high-risk areas. Continuous training initiatives are a cornerstone of our approach, fostering a deep understanding of compliance among employees and integrating it into their daily activities. Additionally, we embrace an open-door policy, encouraging employees to voice concerns without fear of retaliation, in alignment with our Group’s zero-tolerance stance on non-retaliation, as outlined in our Code of Conduct.
